During the Covid-19 pandemic, I had a chance to work in Vinmec Hospital in Hanoi for 2 years as a call center agent. Therefore, I’d love to use my experiences to serve our customers and broader our service.

Vinmec gathers a team of experts, doctors, pharmacists and nurses who are highly trained and receive in depth training in Vietnam and many countries with developed Medicine such as the US, UK, France … Vinmec always considers patients as the core, and commits to providing comprehensive and high quality healthcare services to the customers.
As an travel agent who have been working more than 5 years in tourism, I found out that Vinmec is quite a good options for travelers or foreigners who are living in Vietnam to get Healthcare service. They’re professional with good price (around $30 consultation fee for an appointment with English speaking doctors or Vietnamese doctors with English interpreter). They even have Korean and Japanese translators as well and you don’t even have to pay extra for them.
Vinmec have almost all the departments that you normally need during your travel like Orthopedic, Pediatric, Dermatology, Gynecology, etc or if you just need to see a General Medicine doctors for check-up.
Vinmec also accept all kinds of payment through cash or cards (debit or credit cards). They also can provide medical reports in English and can help you with almost all the insurance companies to help you claim your insurance later when you comeback to your country.
During my time in Vinmec as a call center agent, I see a lot of foreigners get trouble when they try to make an appointment with Vinmec. Actually, there are lot of options for you to book directly with them through phones, website, app Myvinmec, etc. But the fastest way is through phone and even for a Vietnamese now, it’s really hard to call them directly. Why don’t we just come there directly? You definitely should come to the hospital if you’re in an emergency case. It’s not advised to make an appointment in that case. But if you’re not in that situation, please make an appointment to save your money and have better services with everything prepared in advance. Normally, you only need to make an appointment 1-2 days in advance.
First of all, I don’t charge you any fees for booking your appointment with Vinmec through me. As a former staff, I just don’t want to waste my experiences there and I think it will be helpful for our customers when I can offer them some extra services. I can help you to book healthcare appointment in all 7 hospitals (in Hanoi, HCMC, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Hai Phong, Ha Long, Phu Quoc).
How do I provide the service? The fastest way to make an appointment is calling them. When I receive your request, I will call them directly to check availability, keep the spaces and make an appointment as you want. As I mentioned above, I don’t take any penny from you for making appointment, you will pay directly to the hospital when you arrive there. Of course, if you are happy with my service and want to buy me a coffee, I won’t refuse.
