Currently, the Vietnamese government does not require COVID-19 testing for domestic travel. Travelers that might need to get a COVID-19 tests before getting back to their home countries can get this easily done in following locations. Test results are generally provided within 24 hours. Please note that this list is by no means exhaustive, and travelers should contact these medical centers and hospitals directly if they have questions. RT-PCR Testing Locations:

Hanoi French Hospital: Please visit their website here or contact them by telephone at (024) 3577 1100 or by email contact@hfh.com.vn for instructions. Their listed COVID-19 testing fee is VND 2,700,000.
Vinmec International Hospital: Please contact their hotline 1900 232 389 (press extension #0 then #1 to speak to call center agent directly) or email at info.booking@vinmec.com for instructions. Their listed COVID-19 testing fee is VND 518,000. They only do the test from 8.00 am till 4.30 pm (from Monday to Friday), and 8.00 am to 12.00 pm on Saturday. They only provide single test and PCR test.
Medlatec International hospital: Please visit their website here or contact their hotline 1900 565656 or email at info@medlatec.com for instructions. Their listed COVID-19 testing fee is VND 500,000.
We actually recommend this hospital for reasonable fee. It’s also not too far away from the Old Quarter. The hospital provide testing 24/07. You can choose to test separately for each person or you can do the pooled test for better price. For example: Pooled test for 2 people is VND 540,000 instead of VND 1,000,000 if you do it separately. You also can order their tester to come to your hotel but it will take longer time to get the result and higher fee. Walk-ins are accepted in Medlatec as well.
You also can do the quick test for VND 78,000/person. The result will be provided within an hour.
