The Church Travels provide for you the best of Hanoi – Sapa – Halong Bay 5D4N tour with all included for your travel. The itinerary for travelers who want to combine the most beautiful places in the North of Vietnam just in 5 days and don’t mind hard travel at all. It included 2 days trekking in Sapa and overnight cruise in Halong Bay. You will be tired but you can give yourselves a few days of resting in the South of Vietnam after this tour.
Upon arrival at Noi Bai airport in Hanoi, welcomed by our guide and drive to your hotel in Hanoi downtown, time to relax after your journey. Afternoon free time for you to wandering around and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the Old quarter Hanoi, explore the winding lanes and stop for coffee at local café or taste some local street food if you wish, stop for a chat; local people are busy but friendly if you take time to connect. Enjoy a performance of traditional Water Puppet Show, an art form unique to northern Vietnam.

Enjoy the savor of Hanoi specialty – take your pick from traditional Hanoi Pho (beef noodle soup), Nom (green papaya salad with seasoned beef), Banh Goi (pillow-shaped rice pastry with minced pork and mushroom), Banh Cuon (hot rice paper with pork and fried onion) or Bun Cha (fresh noodle with grilled pork). If you are hungry, try two or three varieties – they are snacks rather than a meal.
A half day hotel will be arrange for you to relax after a long flight and showering before going by night train from Hanoi to Sapa
Around 9.00 pm we will take you to the train station, a softly 4-berth cabin will be arranged for you.
After you have met our tour guide and got to know another over breakfast you will start trekking to the village. There are a number of different routes depending on your fitness levels, so make sure to inform our tour guide what you would prefer and ensure you have enough water for the day.
Trek across the mountains, through fields and beside streams, passing many local faces along the way. You can stop as you wish and will have lunch in a local restaurant, completing a total of 10-12km of trekking on your first day.
When you arrive in Hau Thao village, meet local family and settle into their home. You can help them to cook dinner and learn how the local people cook, including catching and preparing a chicken if you want!
Enjoy dinner with the whole group and indulge in some ‘happy water’, rice wine, as you listen to their stories of life in the valley and share your own too.
After breakfast, our guide will ask you to choose the trekking level you want for the day (easy, medium or hard). Depending on the level you choose, she will guide you through the bamboo forest and rice terrace in Sapa. Visit a nearby waterfall to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere in Sapa.
In the afternoon, we take you back to the town for lunch then take the bus at 3.00 pm from Sapa back to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi around 10 pm, get a good sleep on warm nice bed before taking a trip to Halong Bay the next day.

– Our guide will meet you at your hotel. The shuttle bus or private car pick up
– Enjoy the peaceful scenery as we travel through the countryside, farmlands and Red River delta
– Get your camera ready to take photos. Comfort break. The time from Hanoi to Halong bay is approximately 3 ½ hours.
12 – 12.30 approx
– Arriving Tuan Chau marina. Welcome aboard the cruise. Refresh with our welcome drink. Meet the captain, crew in the cruise briefing.
– Check into your cabin. Time to refresh and unwind
– Set sail as lunch is served
– Join us for a typical local lunch in the dining room or at the outdoor dining area.
Afternoon
– Arrive at Surprising Cave (Sung Sot Cave), explore the cave and find out how the cave was named a Surprising.
– Heading to Titop island area. Drop anchor in the calm water surrounded by beautiful islets. Visit Titop island for swimming and snorkeling or do the short trek to the top of island to have the overview of Halong bay from here
– Heading back toward the sleeping area
Early evening
– Summit on the sundeck watching the sunset, enjoy Sunset party. It’s ideal time to make acquaintance with new friends, sharing your traveling experience or simply watching the sunset
– An authentic Vietnamese menu is served
– After dinner, reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails at our bar, or take for you one of our onboard activities: book reading, games, movies, and squid fishing….

For the early risers join us for a Tai Chi session on the sundeck. Tai chi helps focus the mind and condition the body, joining Tai Chi session to full charge your energy for the day.
07:00 – 08:00
– Mingling yourself in the stunning views of the Bay and it’s dramatic limestone islets as we sail through the calm emerald waters heading to Luon Cave (Hang Luồn)
– Take your option either exploring the cave yourself on kayak or comfortably on bamboo boat rowed by the locals.

Check out the cabins, at your leisure while our cruise taking you pass by other beautiful highlights in the bay.
10:00
You will join with our short class of Cooking demonstration, how to make spring rolls before an early lunch is served.
12:00
Return to the shore and disembark from the cruise as our crew say farewell.
Transfer to minibus or private and return to Hanoi.
Arrival back to Hanoi around 17.00. We will arrange the transfer to the airport for you or drop you back to your hotel if you still stay in Hanoi for a few more days

This tour is built upon our firsthand knowledge & experience, offering you the best choices available. The price of this trip varies depending on the number of people in your party, dates of departure, and availability of ground services. The price is quoted based on join-in group tour rate in each destination.
The prices are quoted in US Dollars per person based on 2 pax/room. For solo travelers, you will need to pay extra fee for single supplement
Children policies:
Deposit & Payment Policy – A deposit of 30% of the tour value by credit card or bank transfer plus bank charges (processing fees) is required upon confirmation of your booking (If the tour value is less than US$500, a 50% deposit will apply).
Note: If you pay by credit card, please add 3% for bank fee.
Once a deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions.
The full pre-payment will be required no later than 15 days before departure for all services by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by the client.
Cancellations & Refunds – Non-refundable deposit of 10 USD for hotels, air ticket, transportation or other separated services booking upon service confirmation.
Requests for cancellation of confirmed bookings must be made in writing and addressed to either The Church Travels directly or through your booking agent and will be subject to the following cancellation fees:

Greater than 30 days prior to arrival date – The Church Travels will fully refund for you.
15 – 29 days prior to arrival date – 20% of the total payment will be redeemed by The Church Travels for processing fees and supplier charges
3 – 14 days prior to arrival date – 30% of the total payment will be redeemed by The Church Travels for processing fees and supplier charges.
Less than 3 days prior to arrival date – 50% of total payment will be redeemed by The Church Travels.
